Getting started

From qualified application to first agent live.

How the founding cohort works

Selected firms run through a 30 minute qualification call, then an IP audit workshop, then Watch Me Do It interviews, then agent design and pilot. The whole arc is fourteen to thirty days.

What we need from you

Two senior consultants available for two hours each over two weeks. Access to three to five recent engagement deliverables for voice references. A primary decision maker on call.

What we deliver in the first month

Three live agents, integrated into your workflow. A configured tenant with rates, projects, time entries, and the Client Portal live. A baseline margin and utilisation read.

The IP Encoding System

The four phase method that turns methodology into agents.

Phase 1. IP Audit

We map what already exists. Engagements, playbooks, slide decks, the things senior consultants do on autopilot. Output is a methodology map and an agent shortlist.

Phase 2. Watch Me Do It

We sit with senior operators while they actually do the work. Three to five sessions per agent. Output is structured transcripts and decision trees.

Phase 3. Agent design and prompt encoding

We translate the structure into agents with the firm's voice, guardrails, and review workflow. Output is agent specifications and the prompt architecture.

Phase 4. Pilot, validate, scale

We run the agents on live engagements alongside the team. We measure time saved, margin impact, and quality. We hand the system over and scale to the next agents.
