ConsultancyOS is a multi tenant platform operated by ConsultancyOS Pty Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

When you apply for early access we collect the information you submit on the form: name, work email, company, website, role, country, company size, business type, problem statement, current tools, timeline and any optional message. We also collect technical data such as IP address and user agent for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use the information to qualify your application, respond to you, and improve our marketing and onboarding. We do not sell your information. We may contact you about ConsultancyOS, the founding cohort, and related events.

How we protect it

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Application data is stored on infrastructure that supports encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members. Audit logs are maintained for all material actions.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@consultancyos.ai.
