Privacy policy

This website is operated by Loading Growth Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), an Australian company. ConsultancyOS is a product of Loading Growth Pty Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect through consultancyos.ai, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Founding cohort applications. When you apply for early access we collect the information you submit on the form: name, work email, company, website, role, country, company size, business type, problem statement, current tools, timeline, referral code, and any optional message.

Readiness Score assessment. When you complete the assessment we collect your work email and, if you provide them, your first name and firm name, together with your score and dimension results.

Newsletter. When you subscribe we collect your email address.

Technical data. For security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention we process IP address and user agent when you submit a form. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We configure analytics cookies with Secure and SameSite attributes and do not use them to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information to assess and respond to your application, send you your assessment result, operate the referral programme, send you updates about ConsultancyOS (including product updates, release notes, and founding cohort news), improve the website and our onboarding, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Google (analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with this policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How we protect and retain it

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Application data is stored on infrastructure that supports encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members. We retain application and subscription data for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or de-identify it when no longer required.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain about how we have handled your information, and if you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). For any of these, write to info@consultancyos.ai. We respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
