The right partner is selective, not just available. We are looking for a small number of partners, not a long cap table.

Operator background.
You have built, run, or scaled a professional services firm, an AI company, or a B2B SaaS company. Not your first rodeo.

Sophisticated investor status.
You meet the legal definition in your jurisdiction. Australia, the UK, the US, Singapore, Canada all have one. We will ask for evidence at the qualification stage.

Cheque size.
Minimum USD 100k. We are not raising a large round and we are not stacking small cheques. We want a small number of partners.

Time horizon.
Five to ten years. We are building a category leader, not flipping for a quick exit.

Domain conviction.
You have a strong view on the consulting category, the AI delivery layer, or both. You think we are right about where this is going.

Value beyond capital.
Distribution, customer introductions, operating expertise, or governance. Capital is the easiest thing to find. Other things are not.
