Terms of service
Last updated 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the consultancyos.ai website and the related pre-launch services (early access applications, the Readiness Score assessment, the referral programme, and the newsletter), operated by Loading Growth Pty Ltd, an Australian company. ConsultancyOS is a product of Loading Growth Pty Ltd. By using this site you agree to these terms. Terms for the ConsultancyOS platform itself are provided separately to firms admitted to the founding cohort.
Use of the site
You may browse the site, apply for early access, take the assessment, subscribe to updates, and use the referral features. You may not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe or bypass its security or rate limits, scrape or bulk-collect data, submit false or misleading information, or misrepresent yourself or your firm.
Applications and the referral programme
Submitting a request for access does not guarantee admission to the founding cohort. We review applications and respond to every submission. Waitlist positions and referral-based movement are administered by us in good faith; we may adjust or void positions affected by fraudulent or automated referrals, and we may modify or end the referral programme at any time.
Content and no advice
The content on this site, including the Playbook, Field Notes, comparison pages, scenarios, and the Readiness Score, is general information and opinion. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and outcomes described or implied are not guarantees of results for your firm. Comparison content reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and is updated periodically; all third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including copy, design, brand, and product visuals, is owned by Loading Growth Pty Ltd or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is, and we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content or from interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions to info@consultancyos.ai.
These terms are pending final review by counsel.
