ConsultancyOS is in founding cohort beta. The first wave of firms is by invitation and runs at no platform fee while we encode their IP and validate the operating model against real engagements.
Public pricing opens after the beta. Selected founding cohort firms lock in founding cohort pricing for life when the price card goes live. Apply for access if you want to be considered for the cohort.
When pricing opens, three things will be true.

No per seat tax.
The whole thesis is that you scale margin not headcount. Per seat pricing penalises the firms that get most efficient with the agent layer. Our pricing aligns with our promise.

Flat platform fee per firm.
Tiered by firm size and module set, not by consultant count. Unlimited team. Unlimited engagements. Agent compute included up to a generous cap per tier.

Founding cohort pricing locked for life.
Firms in the founding cohort hold their founding pricing for the lifetime of the contract. Public pricing at launch will be materially higher.
